It's raining trash!

Happy New Year.  One of my resolutions was to jump on the blogging wagon.  So here I go!

We are getting a new roof put on today, yes in this frigid cold.  They came at 7:30 this morning, way to early for all the pounding and banging they were doing.  The boys slept slept though all that noise and did not wake until 8:30(we are still on Christmas break here).  They sat down to watch a show, drink some milk and still haven't noticed all the banging yet.  After clearing the snow off the roof they started to rip of the old roof, throwing it all down on the ground.  The boys finally notice and I hear them yelling " Mom, its raining trash, is the world going to end?" You got to love how a 6 year old thinks.  This lead to fun conversation about the roof and what the roofers are doing on the roof.
